Hourly Wage: Salary to Commensurate with Experience

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service through email and telephone communication.
  2. Reviewing and qualifying electronic loan applications.
  3. Managing your personal queue of existing and new customers.
  4. Collecting on delinquent accounts in the interest of minimizing bad debt.
  5. Assisting in the setting and achieving of sale goals.
  6. Balancing daily transactions.
  7. Performing all daily operations of the department.

Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated ability to work independently within established agency policies and procedures.
  2. Demonstrated ability in written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English.

Employment Requirements:

  1. Valid Government Issued Photo ID.
  2. Clean Criminal Record.
  3. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
